After moving countries to his old life, Ruben Gregory through an accident discovers a mysterious object. Meanwhile, an old professor seeking answers to a decades-old military secret suddenly contacts Ruben. As a result, at the behest of the professor, Ruben along with friends Edward, Patrice and later melody a hitchhiker who they pickup decide to go on a mission and try to find where the mysterious object would lead them within a country in which Ruben soon realises such a journey is perilous. Plus, there are others who want this mysterious object and would stop at nothing to get it.

All this is happening within an atmosphere of an unstable political climate.
